Our blending plant, located at No. 9 Tuas Avenue 10, occupies a land area of 85,000 square feet.
A total of 21 blending vessels, ranging from 1,000 Litres to 60,000 Litres in size, allow us to blend 80,000 metric tonnes of lubricants and additives every year. Three of our blending vessels have the capacity to blend additive packages and dissolve viscosity index improvers / viscosity modifiers.
All blending tanks are equipped with high-speed induction mixers, dedicated pump-out lines, bag filters and in-line pigging system to ensure maximum product cleanliness and minimum cross-contamination between production batches.
